Banana & Avocado pancakes: sneaking healthy food in your toddler's meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 /2 Avocado
  • 2 Medium bananas
  • 1 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Raw honey ((optional 1 Tbsp white sugar))
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk ((optional: almond milk))
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Melted butter
  • A pinch Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Use a a bowl to Smash avocado and then bananas with a fork. Or you can use a blender, food processor, or mixer to achieve smooth texture. 

  2. Add your wet ingredients (honey, milk, egg, and melted butter) into the banana and avocado mixture, mix well again.

  3. Place all your dry ingredients(flour, baking powder, cinnamon) into a big bowl and mix.

  4. Now add your bowls together and mix well!

  5. Light oil your griddle or frying pan, set on medium heat. Use about 1/4 of the mixture to create your pancakes.
