Sometimes life is wonderful, its sunshine, daisies, and clear skies. And other times life seems to be throwing lemons at you in every which direction. You feel stressed out and defeated. This is My go to playlist when life seems too hard.

Sometimes life is wonderful, its sunshine, daisies, and clear skies.

And other times, life seems to be throwing lemons at you in every which direction. You feel stressed out and defeated.

Music is a great stress release when you can find the right songs that just pull at your heart strings. Music has a way to make to make some dark moments a little easier, even if just for a few minutes.

What kind of music do you listen to when life is stressful? Do you listen to positive music or sad, sappy music that allows you to wallow in yourself pity?

Hey, its totally ok to have small pity party once in a while-no judgement here, but do not let it overtake you. Listen to positive music that will set your heart on a different direction.

Christians to listen to after a miscarriage

A few of my favorite artists who always seem to speak straight to my heart in probably every aspect of my life include: Matthew West, Kari Jobe, and Tenth Avenue North. So naturally, I’ve included them in my playlist.

For those times when life feels too hard, I have a playlist on the ready. I call it my “Stress Relief” playlist. Literally, thats what its called. We all need music to calm our spirit and remind us that what we are going through is normal life stressors and that we will get through this. Whether it be a brief moment or even a long season of life

Jonny Diaz: Breathe

Kari Jobe: You are for me.

Danny Gokey: Tell your heart to beat again.

Mathew West: Stop the world.

Tenth Avenue North: Worn

Kari Jobe: Find you on my knees

Kari Jobe: I am not alone.
